PERSONAL COUNSELLING
Cov­ers a wide range of issues includ­ing grief/loss, abuse, depres­sion, addic­tions, eat­ing dis­orders, self-esteem, anger, self-harm, anxi­ety, fin­an­cial and medi­ation assistance.

COUNSELLING OF CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS & YOUNG ADULTS
Involves help­ing chil­dren and young people to find healing and closure with their par­tic­u­lar life issues.

RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING
Deals with the com­plex­it­ies of human inter-relationships and focuses on help­ing people work through these issues.

PRE-MARRIAGE COUNSELLING
Assists couples intend­ing to marry, to pre­pare for marriage.

MARRIAGE COUNSELLING
Deals with the major issues that arise between part­ners in mar­riage such as com­mu­nic­a­tion, per­son­al­ity dif­fer­ences and sexual expres­sion.

FAMILY COUNSELLING
Assists those with rela­tional, fin­an­cial and social issues within a fam­ily sys­tem. Included in this area of coun­selling is con­flict medi­ation and res­ol­u­tion between par­ents and chil­dren includ­ing adoles­cents and siblings.

SPIRITUAL COUNSELLING
For people need­ing assist­ance in find­ing and devel­op­ing a spir­itual centre in their life.
